I'm Coral Bloor, and I'm so happy you're here.

For me, baking has never been just a job, it's always been my happy place. It started as something I loved to do in my spare time, a cherished hobby, a creative escape on rainy days, and a way to unwind after a busy week. Today, that passion has grown into something much bigger. With the love and support of my wonderful husband and daughter behind me every step of the way, Bloors Bakes continues to grow, and I'm so excited to share that journey with you.

Before starting Bloors Bakes, I worked as a chef. Even after long, demanding shifts, I would spend my days off doing what I loved most, baking. From pastries and savoury treats to loaf cakes, celebration cakes, afternoon teas, and experimenting with new flavours, my kitchen was always filled with something homemade. Of course, there was always time for traditional home-cooked family favourites too!

People often ask what makes a great cake, and my answer is always the same. It starts with using the very best ingredients to create delicious flavours, but the most important ingredient of all is love. Every cake I make is created with care, passion, and attention to detail because I truly believe that you can taste the difference when something is made from the heart.
