Refund Policy

​At Bloors Bakes, every cake is made to order with care and attention to your specific requirements. Once your order has been confirmed and your non-refundable deposit has been paid, this deposit secures your booking and covers the initial planning and preparation.

 

 

Cancellations & Refunds

 

• Deposits are non-refundable under normal circumstances, including customer cancellation or change of mind.

• The remaining balance (if any) is due as agreed and is also non-refundable once preparation has begun.

 

 

If We Cannot Deliver

 

• In the rare event that we are unable to deliver your cake by the agreed date, we will offer a full refund, including your deposit.

 

We appreciate your understanding – each cake is handcrafted and uniquely tailored, and your deposit helps cover materials, time, and scheduling.
